Creative & Branding | We Get Stuff Done

Creative built to sell your product, not to win an award.

We are a branding agency in Lancaster, PA that designs your logo, brand, and ads, then prints and installs the work in-house. The look is only good if it sells.

  • We design it, and we make it. The team that draws your brand sits down the hall from the presses and the install crew. No handoff, no markup in the middle.
  • We keep the creative lean. Our goal is to spend under 10% of your budget on the creative itself, so the rest goes to work reaching the people who buy from you.
  • We measure the look by what it does. Did the circular move the item, the sign turn the head, the ad ring the register? A beautiful idea that does not sell is just an expensive one.

The promise

What does Weber Advertising actually mean by "creative"?

The purpose of our creative is simple. It is to help you make money. We design your logo, your brand, your ads, your circular, your packaging, and your site so they sell, not so they look pretty in a frame. Our goal is to spend less than 10% of your budget on the creative itself, so the rest goes to work reaching customers. The design team sits in the same building as the presses and the install crew, so what we draw is built to get made, fast, with no markup. Good-looking is the easy part. Profitable is the job.

Results, not awards

Why does Weber spend less than 10% of the budget on creative?

Because the creative is not where you make your money. The customer is.

If a "beautiful" idea does not sell, it is not a beautiful idea. It is an expensive one.

See how the lean-creative math works

A lot of agencies flip that. They burn most of your budget on a clever concept, win a trophy, and leave you a thin pile of media to reach anyone with. We think that is backwards. We make the design sharp, fast, and lean, so the bulk of your budget goes where the return is: in front of the people who buy from you.

That does not mean we phone in the look. It means we measure the look by what it does.

We have a team that has been doing this for a while, in a town where everybody knows everybody, for clients who would notice fast if the work stopped paying off. (That is a pretty good quality-control system.)

Skip to what makes us different

We design it, and we make it

What makes this branding agency different from a design studio?

Most design shops hand you a beautiful file and wish you luck. Then your printer prints the blue a little off, the sign vendor crops the logo wrong, and the thing on the shelf looks nothing like the proof on the screen.

We do not have that gap, because there is no handoff. The team that designs your work sits down the hall from the people who print it and the crew that installs it. So we design knowing exactly how it gets made: the right size for the press, the right colors for the substrate, the right setup for a banner that hangs straight.

  • Do we design it?Yes.
  • Print it on our own presses?Right here.
  • Build it into a sign and hang it on your wall? That is what the crew does all day.
  • Put it on your truck, your shelf, your website, your mailbox?Every one.

And if a color is off, there is nobody else to blame. Design is the easy 10%. Keeping it consistent across a thousand pieces a year is the other 90%. We own both ends.

What we make

What can our creative team build for you?

If it carries your name, we design it. Pick where you want to start.

Brand systems

Colors, fonts, photo style, and a short brand guide a real person can actually follow, so your brand looks the same whether you, your nephew, or a national vendor lays it out.

Ad and campaign creative

Print ads, circulars, direct mail, signage, social, and web, all drawn to sell and built to get made in this building.

Strategy and a little research

We figure out who you are talking to and what will move them before we design a thing. Enough research to aim the work, not so much that it eats the budget the creative was meant to save.

Before and after

Can you actually see the difference good creative makes?

Yes. Side by side, in the work itself.

Below are three real, finished pieces we drew, printed, and put in the field for names you know: the before, the after, and the thinking in between.

A large Hoober equipment dealership sign Weber designed and produced, mounted on the building and readable from the road

Reads from the road

A Hoober sign that holds up at highway speed, not just on a screen. We drew it knowing the size of the panel and how it hangs, then made it in this building.

A Karns Foods shelf talker Weber designed and printed, on the shelf in the store

Shop it in a glance

A Karns shelf talker has one second to catch a shopper mid-aisle. This one earns the look and points at the buy, printed in-house and out to every store on time.

A sidewalk A-frame sign Weber designed and printed, set out front of a store

Stops the walk-by

A sidewalk sign has to turn a head and say one clear thing. This one does its job in a glance, weatherproof, ready to set out front every morning.

Here is the part that keeps clients comfortable: we are here to help build your vision, not to change it. If you love your current look and it is just tired, we refresh it. The before still has to feel like you. The after just has to work harder.

Proof, not buzzwords

Has Weber's creative actually grown a real business?

Yes, and one client put a number on it.

Boyer's Food Markets, a regional grocery chain, asked our Lancaster, PA branding agency to help develop its brand and run it. Since they started with us, Dean Walker, their President, says the company has "averaged growth that has outpaced the industry average by 300% over the last five years," along with national industry awards for their marketing. We did not just draw a logo and leave. We built the brand and have kept it running, week after week, for roughly 15 years.

The clients who hand us their name keep us a long time

Not one of these multi-generation businesses hands its identity to someone it does not trust.

  • Karns Foods
  • Hoober
  • B.R. Kreider & Son

When a name has carried that long, you do not gamble it on a vendor you have to manage.

The start of something bigger

What happens after the logo is done?

A logo is the start of a relationship, not the end of a project.

One partner instead of four vendors.

See what the long clients run with us, week after week

The clients we keep do not buy design once. They run a calendar: the weekly circular, the seasonal sale, the new location, the trade show, the shelf tags that turn over every Friday. Once we know your brand cold, we keep it consistent across every piece, every week, across every store. The blue on your sign is the blue on your circular is the blue on your website.

Right now you might have a freelancer for design, a printer down the road, and a sign vendor across town, and you are the one stitching them together. We are the one shop that does all three, and we make your marketing person the hero, on time and on brand, every time.

Keep going inside the shop

Let's build creative that pays for itself.

Bring us the logo that is tired, the circular that is cluttered, or the brand you have never quite nailed down. The first conversation is free, with no contract at the end of it. Together, we will look at what is worth keeping and what to sharpen.
