HVAC & Mechanical Advertising · We Get Stuff Done
You sell comfort and emergencies, and both run on a calendar. We design it, print it on our own presses, and mail it under one roof, so your name is in front of the whole service area before the season turns.

One team, every town you cover
We are an HVAC marketing agency that designs it, prints it, and mails it under one roof. Heating, cooling, and plumbing for a whole service area, out the door before the first cold snap. One team. Every town you cover.
We Get Stuff Done.
By the numbers
Our solution
We have done marketing for the mechanical trade, and we run a program built for it. Weber did the brand and advertising work for Pro-Tech Mechanical, an HVAC contractor, so this field is not new to us. And we run The Marketing Depot right now, a Weber Marketing Alliance program built for HVAC contractors and plumbers.
So no, we are not guessing. The trade has a short busy season, a long service radius, and a homeowner who picks the company whose name they already trust. We build for that, not for a generic "small business."
The recurring calendar
You get on the calendar early and stay in front of the whole service area, not just the customers who already have your number. So we build a recurring schedule: the spring tune-up mailer before the first hot week, the fall furnace-check postcard before the first freeze, the every-season reminder that keeps your name on the fridge. The drop date is one we control, not one we hope a vendor hits.
That recurring rhythm is the whole game in a service business. The contractor who shows up four times a year owns the homeowner's memory. The one who blasts a single ad in July is a stranger by October. We run the calendar so you are the one they remember.
One brand, every truck and lawn
Yes. That is the point of one partner instead of five vendors. Your trucks roll through a dozen towns, your techs leave door hangers in neighborhoods you want more of, and your yard signs sit in front lawns after every install. If the truck, the postcard, the door hanger, and the website all look like different companies, the homeowner never builds one clear picture of who you are. Consistency turns a thousand small impressions into one recognizable local brand.
We hold the brand. One team designs and produces the truck wraps, yard signs, leave-behinds, mailers, and site, so the van a homeowner sees on Tuesday matches the postcard in Thursday's mail. "Make it match across everything" is a normal week here, not a project you have to manage.
(One look, every truck, every lawn, every mailbox. Easier when the printer is twenty steps from the designer.)
Fast, and never late
Fast. We do the printing here, so we are not waiting on anyone. Say a competitor folds and you want a "we're hiring their customers" mailer out this week, or a heat wave is forecast and you want a postcard in mailboxes by the weekend. We do not email a vendor and cross our fingers. We have taken a last-minute direct mail piece from idea to dropped at the post office in five hours.
No "the printer says next week" while your window closes. Your tight deadlines do not scare us.
Co-op fund management
Often, yes, and it is money a lot of contractors leave on the table. If you sell and install equipment from a major brand, that manufacturer usually sets aside co-op dollars for marketing that features their product. The catch is the same one dealers hit: the creative has to meet the brand's standards, and the claim has to be documented and filed on time, or the money expires.
Our program for contractors includes co-op fund management for exactly this reason. We help you find the funds, build the ads to spec, and handle the paperwork so the brand's money helps pay for your marketing instead of evaporating.
What we run
You probably have a small team handling marketing on top of the trucks, the techs, and the schedule. Maybe it is one office manager. Maybe it is you, at night, after the last service call. Hand us the cadence and that list gets a lot shorter. Your marketing stops being the thing that slips and starts looking handled.
Spring tune-up cards, fall furnace-check postcards, and "we service your area" mailers, designed, printed, and dropped under one roof, scheduled to land before the season, not after.
Your service vans and your post-install yard signs are moving and standing billboards. We design, print, and install the wraps and the signs, so every job advertises the next one.
A site that loads fast, shows the service area, and makes "call now" or "request service" the easy next step, built around how a homeowner actually decides, by developers who talk like humans.
When a homeowner searches "AC repair near me" at the worst possible moment, you want to be the name that shows up. We work on the local search and map presence that puts you there.
Door hangers for the neighbors of every job you finish, and leave-behind cards your techs hand over at the door. Cheap to print here, and exactly the kind of recurring local touch that fills a route.
If your manufacturer offers co-op dollars, we help you find them, build the ads to brand standard, and file the claims, so their money helps pay for your marketing.
The point is simple: make your marketing person the hero, on time, on brand, every season.
Proof, not adjectives
We have, and the result we can show is exactly the one a service business wants: more demand than they could keep up with. B.R. Kreider & Son is not an HVAC shop. They are an excavating and paving contractor in Manheim, and they hit the same problem most growing service companies do: as they got bigger, the connection to their everyday driveway customers got thinner. They came to us to reconnect with that part of the business. The work brought those customers back, and then some.
"As we have grown over the years, our size had created a barrier between us and our driveway customers. We brought in Weber Advertising and their ability to listen and understand our business allowed us to connect with our driveway customers again. The Weber team is very strategic and a trusted partner. Thanks to their efforts, we quickly became so busy in that area of our business that we have all we can do to keep up with the demand."
Brent Kreider, President, B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc.
That is a demand-generation story in the trades, the same job an HVAC or plumbing contractor hires us to do: get the right customers calling, in the right service area, fast enough that the problem becomes keeping up. We have done it. We can do it for your trade too.
Local roots, national reach
We are a Lancaster, Pennsylvania shop with small-town roots and a small-town way of working. We live here too, and we treat your service area the way we treat ours. But "small-town" is how we act, not how far we reach. We have run marketing for clients across the country and worked with equipment dealers as far as Canada, and we print, mail, and ship the work from one building in Lancaster.
So whether your trucks cover three counties or three states, the production keeps up.
One partner, not five vendors
Look at how it works now. A designer in one place, a sign shop in another, a wrap guy across town, a mail house you email and hope, and a web company that ghosts you for a week. Every hand-off is a delay, a markup, and another chance for your brand to drift one degree off-center, until the truck and the postcard do not look like the same company.
However, our approach is a bit unique. We put all of it under one roof: design, print, signage, truck wraps, install, direct mail, website, and local search. No coordination tax. No finger-pointing when something runs late. One accountable team that already knows your brand, your service area, and your season.
One building. One team that knows your brand. One number to call when the cold snap hits.
