The team · We Get Stuff Done

One in-house team designs it, prints it,
and installs it.

Art, strategy, press, install, video, web, and media all work in our Lancaster building, on your job. One phone call moves the whole project. Nobody hands your work to a stranger.

  • One partner, not four vendors. The designer who built your ad can walk over and watch it come off the press, so nobody points fingers across a parking lot.
  • The same faces next year. Our people stay for years, so you reach someone who already knows your brand, your stores, and how you like your proofs.
  • Seven departments under one roof. Real names and real photos, from the operator running your job to the crew climbing the ladder to hang your sign.

Marketing and print under one roof

Most agencies are a front desk and a phone book. They take your job, farm it out to a printer, a sign shop, a mail house, and a web company, then mark up every invoice on the way back.

We don't work that way. Our designers sit down the hall from our presses, our operators down the hall from our install crew, the video team and sound booth upstairs. When your weekly flyer needs to go out, it walks from one desk to the next until it is in the mail. No middlemen, no markups, no waiting on someone else's calendar.

That is what a large in-house staff buys you: marketing and print under one roof, speed you can count on, and one team that owns the whole job from idea to install.

One partner, not four vendors

Why does it matter that your whole team is in-house?

Because you only need one partner instead of four vendors.

When the work lives under one roof, nobody points fingers across a parking lot. Hiring an in-house advertising agency in Lancaster, PA means the designer who built your ad can walk over and watch it come off the press. If the color is wrong, we fix it before lunch, not next week after three emails and a reprint charge. You get one point of contact, one accountable team, and one invoice with no surprise markup.

It is also why "rush" is just a Tuesday around here. We've taken a last-minute direct mail piece from idea to the post office in five hours, because every step happened in the same building. Try that with a job spread across four companies in four towns.

  • 48,000square feet, all in one building
  • 103,203jobs produced, and counting
  • 24people, across seven departments
  • 1996founded, same town, still here

Real names, real photos

Who are these people?

The people who actually do your work. Every name and photo below is a person on staff here.

Scroll the wall below and you'll see the whole shop: the designer who lays out your ad, the operator who runs it through the press, the crew member who climbs the ladder to hang your sign. We put faces on this page on purpose. When you call, you should know who picks up.

Seven teams, one job

What does each department actually do?

Seven teams make up this full-service ad agency in Central PA. One job: get your stuff done, on time, on brand, without you having to manage it. Here is who's in the building and what each hands you.

Art and Design

This is where your idea becomes a layout. Logos, ads, flyers, packaging, signage artwork, the look of your whole brand. The purpose of our creative is simple: to help you make money. We build your vision, we don't replace it.

Strategy and Account Service

The people who learn your business, sit in your meetings, and make sure the work points at your bottom line. Many of our clients meet with their strategist every other week, year after year. They bring ideas to the table, not just invoices.

Press and Print

Our own presses. Fliers, brochures, booklets, big-run commercial print. We've run 68,000 bib tags in a single Thursday. Because the presses are ours, there is no outsourcing markup and no waiting in another shop's queue. The weekly grocery circular is the one piece we don't run here: we design it, buy the media, and manage the run, then print it through trusted printers close to your mail routes. One point of contact, a deadline we own, and it has never gone out late.

Large Format and Install

Banners, posters, vehicle wraps, window and floor graphics, and the big exterior signs. Then the crew that loads the truck and installs it, so your sign goes up right the first time.

Video and Audio

Professional photos on location. TV shot and edited by our video team. Plus a real sound booth on site for radio voiceovers, on-hold messages, and in-store music.

Web and Digital

Websites, e-commerce, email, social, SEO, and the analytics behind them. It's about growing your sales, not doing cool stuff for its own sake. Most clients hire us to run and update the site they already have.

Media

The team that buys and places your advertising across TV, radio, digital, print, outdoor, and direct mail, and files the co-op paperwork so you actually capture the manufacturer's money. The goal: more of your budget reaching customers, less spent on overhead.

The people stay. So do the clients.

Will the same people still be here next year?

Almost certainly, yes. That is the whole point.

A lot of agencies churn through staff, so the team that learned your business in January is gone by summer and you start over. Not here. Our average employee tenure is 12.8 years, so you reach the person who already knows your brand, your stores, and how you like your proofs.

That stability is why our clients stay too. We've kept 13 print clients for more than 12 years each. Hoober has been with us for nearly 20. Karns and Boyer's, going on a couple of decades apiece. People don't stick around that long for a vendor. They stick around for a team.

  • 12.8 yrsaverage time on staff
  • 13print clients kept past 12 years each
  • ~20 yrswith Hoober, Inc.

What our clients say

What do the people we work for say about working with us?

That we don't say no, and that we deliver.

“We count on Weber to deliver value and execute quickly. We feel like we can ask them to do anything and they will do it. They told me a long time ago that they never say ‘no,’ and they haven’t.”
Chuck Hoober, Partner at Hoober, Inc.
Chuck Hoober Partner, Hoober, Inc.
“I love that I could have a conversation with you. You just kind of get the business side of it. You get what it needs to do based on just a general description.”
Matt Battaglia B. Green Co. (Green Valley Marketplace), on the custom software our in-house web team built for him

Its own crew, its own playbook

What about the grocery team?

Grocery is deep enough that it has its own crew and its own playbook: the weekly circular, in-store signage, shelf and bib tags, FSI and co-op inserts, recipe and shopper video, all on our calendar and out every week.

We're hiring

Want to join this team?

We're hiring, and we take interns every semester.

If you like watching your work go out the door instead of into a deck, you'll like it here. We hire people who want to do good work fast, then we get out of their way.

Ready to put this whole team on your marketing?

You don't have to hire a designer, a printer, a sign vendor, a mail house, and a web company. You have to hire one. Tell us what your business is trying to do this year, and we'll tell you which of these people would work on it, and how fast you'd see it in the mail. No contract. No retainer to start. Just a real conversation about your business.
