How an In-House Agency Works | Weber, Lancaster PA

What “We Get Stuff Done” means · Lancaster, PA · since 1996

We get stuff done.

It is not a slogan, it is a floor plan: one team thinks it, designs it, prints it, installs it, launches it, and measures it, all in one Lancaster building. Websites, campaigns, truck wraps, radio spots: STUFF covers all of it, and we can prove it.

A person picks up during business hours.

What "We Get Stuff Done" means

You hand us the problem. We own it.

We take ownership from the first conversation to the finished piece in your customer's hands. When something stalls, we move it. When the deadline is tight, we hit it. We execute, we don't just advise, so you get one team that owns the outcome instead of a folder of recommendations and a list of people to call.

What does "vertically integrated" actually mean here?

It means the thing you hire us to make, we make. In our building. Start to finish.

Walk into most ad agencies and you find people who think and draw. That is it. The minute your job needs a press, a sign fabricated, a wrap installed, a mailer dropped, or a camera rolled, it leaves the building for an outside printer, sign shop, mail house, or production company. Each one adds a markup and a handoff, and each handoff adds a day and a chance to drop the ball.

Our approach is a bit unique. We own that whole chain. Presses, large-format printers, a sign shop, an install crew, a video team, a sound booth, and the design and digital staff to feed all of it. Nothing leaves the building to be made, because it is already home.

It all happens here, so your job never leaves our hands until it is done.

Start to finish

So what do we actually handle for you?

Here are the six things we do on your behalf. Which ones your job needs depends on the work: a print run takes a different path than a website. Either way it stays with this team, in this building, on one phone number you can hold accountable.

1. Think it.

We figure out what is actually supposed to happen. Not "what do you want printed," but "what are you trying to grow." The purpose of our creative is simple: to help you make money. A flyer is not the goal. More carts over fifty bucks is the goal. We start there.

2. Design it.

In-house designers turn the idea into the piece. Print and pixels, one brand, one point of contact. The same team does your sign, your circular, your website, and your social post, so it all looks like you, everywhere. We build your vision, we do not change it.

3. Print it.

This is the part nobody else has. We own the presses. In-house printing in Lancaster PA: digital runs of fliers, brochures, and booklets. Large posters and signs. Big commercial runs. When your job prints here, you skip the outside printer entirely.

4. Install it.

We can even hang the sign. Our own install crew mounts exterior signs, interior signs, vehicle wraps, and store decor. Most agencies cannot spell "install crew," let alone send one. We send one.

5. Launch it.

Then we put it where your customers are. Media buying across digital, broadcast, print, outdoor, and direct mail. Email and social. A website that sells, not one that just sits there. For dealers and producers, we even file the co-op paperwork so you actually capture the manufacturer money you would otherwise leave on the table.

6. Measure it.

We watch what it did. Analytics, tracking, the numbers that tell you whether the thing made money. It is not about doing cool stuff. It is about growing your sales. If a piece is not pulling, we change it, because we made it and we can.

5 Hours, idea to the post office

How fast is that, really?

We have taken a last-minute direct mail piece from idea to dropped at the post office in five hours. That is the ceiling, not the everyday, but it tells you the answer: your tight deadlines don't scare us.

Why it costs you less

Why does an in-house agency in Lancaster PA save me money?

You pay for the work once, not three times.

When a job leaves an agency for an outside printer, here is the math you never see: the agency pays the printer, adds a markup, and bills you the whole stack. You pay our cost, plus their cost, plus a handling fee for the privilege of being the middleman. That is how a lot of this industry quietly makes its money.

We took the middleman out. The press is ours, so there is no outside cost to mark up. And because we control the schedule instead of begging for it, a rush is usually something we schedule, not a charge we tax you for.

You get one bill that matches what we told you. Want to see how the pricing works, in plain numbers? We put real sample pricing right out in the open on our pricing page.

Why it ships on time

Why does it ship when everyone else is "still waiting on the printer"?

Because we are the printer. There is no one to wait on.

See how a handoff kills a deadline, and the weekly run that never misses a Friday

The single most common reason a marketing deadline slips is a handoff. The agency is done, but the printer is backed up, or the sign shop lost the file, or the mail house needs another day. Every one of those is somebody else's queue, and you are stuck at the back of it.

We never have that conversation, because the queue is ours. We move the job up when it has to move up.

And for the work that repeats, the weekly flyer, the seasonal mailer, the standing signage, fast turns into never late. Take a grocery client's weekly ad circular. We design it, plan and buy the media, and run the whole weekly calendar, and we print it through trusted partners parked close to the mail routes so it drops on time. You make one call. Fifteen years of hitting that Friday deadline, one way or another.

The honest answer

What's the catch? Does "everything" mean you're a jack of all trades?

Fair question. Here is the honest answer: the breadth is the back room, not the pitch.

We are not telling you we are the best in the country at any one of these six things. We are telling you we are very good at all six, under one roof, talking to each other, on your job, on your deadline. The designer who makes your store sign sits down the hall from the press that prints it and the crew that installs it. They do not email a stranger. They walk over.

That is the part you cannot buy off the shelf. Anyone can hire a freelancer. Nobody can stand up a press, an install crew, a video team, and a digital staff in your building by Friday. That is what an in-house advertising agency in Lancaster PA actually means. The breadth is not a brag about variety. It is why nothing falls through the cracks between vendors: there are no cracks. There is one team.

One building, but your zip code doesn't matter.

The whole stack lives in one Lancaster building, and that is good news no matter where you are. We're a small-town shop by nature, but the presses, the crate, and the freight carrier don't care about state lines. We've shipped finished work to clients across the country, including ag equipment dealers as far as Canada. Local roots, national reach, and one team you can actually get on the phone.

We never say no

What kind of stuff have you actually pulled off?

The unusual jobs are some of our favorites. Whatever you need, we never say no.

No task is above us and no task is beneath us. We design a weekly grocery circular and we also build a one-off thing nobody has ever asked for before.

The proof people remember: the Tampa Bay Lightning needed a Stanley Cup championship banner, the kind that has to be engineered, not just printed. We built it. (Yes, that Stanley Cup. No, it is not a normal Tuesday. That is sort of the point.)

The proof they do not see is the everyday kind. A grocery client called at 3:45 one afternoon, short on shelf tags they needed the next day. We printed them and had them out the door before we left. When FedEx lost a shipment of signs for Landis, we did not just reprint them, we drove them to each of their stores ourselves so the client never felt it.

“Never say no” is one of our company rules, and it does not mean we are the best at everything. It means we will never leave you without a solution. If we can do it, we do it. If someone else is genuinely better for the job, we help you find them. Either way, your problem becomes our responsibility.

Do we do search engine optimization? Yes. Analytics? Yep. E-blasts, e-commerce, and email marketing? You bet. Vehicle wraps, trade-show booths, in-store signage, radio voiceover from our own sound booth? For sure. We routinely build the whole thing for a client, soup to nuts, so they make one call instead of ten.

We never say no because, with the whole stack in-house, we rarely have to. The capability is already in the building. We just have to point it at your problem.

No contract. We earn it.

If it's so good, why no contract? What's the lock?

There is no lock. That is the point, and it is the most honest thing on this site. We are a no-contract marketing agency on purpose.

A contract is what an agency reaches for when it is worried the work will not be good enough to keep you. We are not worried. We would rather earn your business every month than trap it once. No retainers, no term, no early-exit fee, no charge to think out loud with you.

So why does anyone stay? Because once we know your brand cold, your colors, your calendar, your story, and your whole marketing runs through one team that designs it, prints it, installs it, and ships it on time, leaving would mean rebuilding all of that somewhere else. And why would you. The clients who have been with us longest never signed a thing.

And it is not only print. The same way of working, no contract, built around how you actually run, holds on the digital and software side too. When B. Green Co., the family behind Green Valley Marketplace, needed a tool the off-the-shelf software could not quite hold, our own developers sat down with them, asked what they wanted to put in and get out, and built it around the answers.

"This is pretty slick. I like it. I love that I could have a conversation with you. You just kind of get the business side of it. You get what it needs to do based on just a general description."
Matt Battaglia, B. Green Co. (Green Valley Marketplace)

Thirteen of our print clients have stayed past twelve years. None of them are locked in. They stay because the work is worth staying for. That is the only lock we believe in.

Easy to start. Built to stay.

The weekly meeting

Our team makes the work. The weekly meeting decides what to make.

Owning your whole problem does not stop at the loading dock. The clients who get the most out of us give us a standing hour a week, and we treat their business like ours.

One of our account executives sits with you and listens. What is selling, what is stuck, what is coming. Some weeks we leave with a way to grow it: a campaign, a mailer, a sign that gets people in the door. Some weeks we leave with a way to save, like sale tags resorted so your crew stops cutting them by hand, or a small tool that takes a chore off their plate for good.

The meeting costs nothing. You only pay for the work once you say go. That is how a first job turns into a partnership that runs for decades.
