Construction & Excavation marketing · We Get Stuff Done
You grew into commercial jobs, and the family down the road stopped calling. We split your residential message from your commercial one, design it, print it, and put it in front of the right buyer.
Our solution
Most agencies hand you a logo refresh and a stock photo of a smiling family. We do something more useful. As a construction marketing agency in Lancaster, PA, we learn how your crews work, split your residential message from your commercial one, then design it, print it on our own presses, and put it in front of the right buyer. One team, in one building, fast.
What we actually do
The kind of work that brings the right customer back, then keeps doing it as the channels change.
For a site-work, paving, or excavation firm, that starts with two things:
Paving and excavation advertising rarely needs to be fancy. It needs to reach the right person and look like a company you’d trust on your property.
We don’t email a vendor and wait. We own the presses, the large-format equipment, and an install crew, so the design desk and the production room are twenty steps apart.
That’s the difference between “we’ll get you a proof next week” and “it’s printed, want it on the truck by Friday?”
A real client, a real result
Yes. For B.R. Kreider & Son, a paving and excavation firm that has worked Central PA ground since 1936.
Kreider is not a one-truck operation. They run three locations (Manheim, Quarryville, and Lebanon), more than 180 employees, and equipment that can prep a whole subdivision. That scale wins the big commercial jobs. It also built a wall: the homeowner who just wanted a driveway started to assume Kreider was too big to bother with them. The work was there. The calls were not.
So we did the unglamorous part first. We listened. We learned who buys a driveway and what that buyer worries about: cost, mess, whether the crew shows up when they say they will, and whether new asphalt holds up in karst country, where soft soil and sinkholes are something a national chain simply doesn’t know about your road.
Then we leaned on the things only Kreider can say honestly: 90 years in the same county, a real crew on a real job site, and local-soil knowledge that keeps a driveway from cracking in three winters. We made the company that can pave a subdivision sound like the company that would happily pave your driveway. Because it’s the same company.
It worked. The driveway side of the business took off.
“We brought in Weber Advertising and their ability to listen and understand our business allowed us to connect with our driveway customers again. The Weber team is very strategic and a trusted partner. Thanks to their efforts, we quickly became so busy in that area of our business that we have all we can do to keep up with the demand.”
That’s the line every owner wants to say and very few get to. It came from getting the message right, not from spending more.
Fast, when the season can’t wait
Fast. The production room is down the hall, not across town.
Paving and site work run on a short fuse. A spring booking window opens, a season ends, a referral asks for a flyer this week. We’ve taken a last-minute direct mail piece from creative idea to dropped at the post office in five hours. Job-site signs, yard signs, and truck graphics run on the same clock.
(When the printer is twenty steps from the designer, “rush” is just Tuesday.)
One partner, not four vendors
That’s the whole point of hiring us.
Run the math on the way most contractors do it now. A freelance designer here, a sign shop there, a mail house across town, a web company you email and hope, and a truck-wrap guy you call once a year. Every hand-off is a delay, a markup, and a chance for your brand to drift one more degree off-center, so your trucks, your signs, and your website look like three different companies.
We do it differently. We put all of it under one roof: design, print, signage, install, direct mail, web, and media. One team that already knows your story, so you don’t have to explain it again every time. Your marketing person, if you even have one, stops being the bottleneck.
Local roots, national reach
Both, and that turns out to be the point.
We’re a Lancaster, Pennsylvania shop with small-town roots and a small-town way of treating people. We live here too. We also produce on a large stage: we’ve run marketing for clients across the country, including equipment dealers as far away as Canada. So you get the neighbor who picks up the phone and the production muscle that keeps up when your work scales. That’s the balance a growing contractor needs, because you’re living it: local enough that people trust you, big enough to do the work.
It’s the problem we helped Kreider solve, and it’s the way we run our own shop.
What we run for you
You probably have a lean marketing setup. Maybe one person, maybe the owner doing it at night. Hand us the recurring pieces and that list gets a lot shorter. Vehicle wraps and direct mail for contractors are the two we hear about most.
Your fleet is the most-seen advertising you own. We design, print, and install vehicle wraps and equipment graphics, so every job site and every highway mile works for you.
