Send Us a File

Got a big print file? Send it to our shop any way you want.

No login. No portal. No "your file was too large to deliver." Drag it here, tell us who it is for, and it lands on the right desk. This is how you send large files to our Lancaster, PA print shop without fighting your inbox.

The uploader

Email choked on it. We won't.

Drop your file in the box below. Photos, a print-ready PDF, a folder of logos, a video, the giant InDesign package your designer zipped up: send up to nine files at once, 100MB each. Tell us your name, your email, and which Weber person it is for, add a note if we should know something, and hit upload. Done.

Not sure? Pick your account manager, or honestly just pick anyone. We will route it.

Up to 9 files, 100MB each. Need to send more? Send a second batch, or call us and we will figure it out.

Asterisked fields are required. Click Upload once. Big files take a minute to travel, so be patient: the bar is moving even when it looks still.

Or skip the form entirely

Send it any way you want. We will pull what we need.

The box above is the easy way, but it is not the only way. If your file already lives somewhere, just point us at it. Tell your Weber contact where it is and we will go get it.

A share link

Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box. Paste us the link and give us view access. We will pull the latest version straight from the source.

A transfer service

WeTransfer, Smash, Dropbox Transfer, whatever you already use. Send it to your account manager's email and we will grab it before the link expires.

The old-fashioned way

Email, a USB stick, an external hard drive, a disc from 2009. Drop it off or mail it in. If we can read it, we can run it.

If there is a way to get a file from your hands to ours, we have probably done it. You do not need to learn our system. Send it however is easiest for you.

No login required

Send large files to our print shop, no account needed.

A lot of agencies make you create an account, remember a password, and click through a "portal" just to hand over a logo. We killed that on purpose.

We thought about building one. Then we asked the only question that matters: would it make your life easier, or ours? Yours harder. So we dropped it.

No account. No password reset email. No app to download. You send us a file the way you would hand someone a flash drive across the desk, except from your couch at 9pm.

Where your file actually goes

It lands with a real person.

Your file does not disappear into a shared inbox nobody checks. When you upload, you pick the person it is for, and it goes straight to them.

The same team that prints your job, installs your sign, and runs your media is the team that catches your file. Because we own the presses and do the work here, your job moves faster and your art does not pick up a markup on its way to an outside vendor.

If you are not sure who to send it to, send it to your account manager, or just pick anyone. We will route it. We Get Stuff Done.

“A team approach that has worked well for nearly 20 years.”

What you can send

If it is a file, it will go.

Bring us anything

  • Print-ready PDFs and packaged design files
  • Photos and image folders (high-res is fine, that is the point)
  • Logos and brand assets
  • Video and audio files
  • Spreadsheets, mailing lists, and data for a direct mail run
  • Honestly, whatever you have got. If it is a file, it will go.

A few quick rules

  • Up to 9 files per upload, 100MB each. Sending more? Send a second batch, or call us and we will figure it out.
  • Your name, your email, and the recipient are required, so we know who sent what and who needs it.
  • Click Upload once. Big files take a minute to travel. Be patient: the bar is moving even when it looks still.

The start of something bigger

Sending us a file every week? Let's just run it for you.

If you keep zipping up artwork and shipping it our way week after week, you do not need a better upload page. You need a partner who handles the whole cadence: the weekly flyer, the seasonal signs, the standing print program, out the door on time, every time. That is the thing we do best, and there is no contract to start.

“I love that I could have a conversation with you. You just kind of get the business side of it. You get what it needs to do based on just a general description.”

Matt BattagliaB. Green Co., Green Valley Marketplace

Free to start. No retainer. We earn the relationship by being worth keeping.

Need this turned into something?

A file is a fine place to start. If it is the start of a job, a campaign, or a standing program, let's talk it through.
