Printing & Signage

Printing and signage in Lancaster, PA. We do not send your job to a printer. We are the printer.

Most agencies design your sign and email the art to a print shop, then add their markup. We do printing and signage in-house in Lancaster, PA: our own presses, our own large-format gear, and the crew that hangs it on the wall. Design, print, and install, all in one building. Make your message visible, and get it up on time.

One building, start to finish

Does Weber Advertising actually print and install its own work, or just design it?

We do both, in one building. We design it, print it on our own presses and large-format printers, finish it, and our crew installs it on the wall, the window, the truck, or the road. We have produced 103,203 jobs and counting. There is no outside print shop in the middle, which means no handoff, no markup, and no waiting on someone else's schedule. You make one call. The whole thing gets done.

One shop, start to finish

What does Weber's in-house printing and signage shop actually do?

A lot of agencies say "full service." Then your job leaves the building the second it needs ink. Ours does not. The presses are ours, so your work stays here, the schedule stays yours, and nothing gets lost between vendors.

  • Big runs. We print jobs in the 200,000-piece range. Your whole mailing, your whole rollout, your whole sign package, one run, one shop.
  • Five large-format printers. Large format printing in Lancaster for banners, building wraps, posters, floor graphics, and vehicle wraps. If it is bigger than a sheet of paper, we have a machine for it.
  • Volume when the day demands it. We have run 68,000 bib tags in a single Thursday. When a grocery client needs every shelf tagged before the weekend ad hits, the press does not blink.
  • An install crew. We do not stop at the box of vinyl. Our crew puts the sign where it goes, indoors or out, high or low, straight and safe.

Doing all of it ourselves is not about bragging. It is the reason your job comes in on time and on budget, every time.

What it means for you

Why does owning the presses matter to you, not just to us?

Here is what most people learn the hard way. The minute your job leaves the agency for an outside printer, two things happen. You lose control of the date, and you pay a middleman. We own the presses, so neither one happens to you.

Do we design it? Yes. Print it? Right here. Cut, fold, laminate, mount, and finish it? Yep. Install it on the wall? That is what the crew does all day. Got a grand opening this weekend and a deadline that scares everyone else? Good. Those are some of our favorite jobs.

Owning the whole job gets you three things:

  • No outsourcing markup. You are not paying our cost plus a print shop's cost plus a handling fee. You pay for the work, once.
  • No reflex rush charge. When the press is ours, a fast turn is a scheduling call, not a surcharge.
  • No finger-pointing. Design, print, and install are one team. If a color is off or a sign hangs crooked, you call us, and we fix it. Nobody to blame but us, and we are fine with that.

Under one roof

How does a job actually move through Weber?

One team carries it from idea to the wall. No handoffs, no markup, no excuses.

1. Design

Our team builds the art, on brand, sized for what you actually need. Hand us a rough sketch or a finished logo. We work with whatever you have got.

2. Print

We print it here, on the right press and the right material for the job. You see a proof before anything ships.

3. Finish

Cut, fold, laminate, mount, grommet, frame. We build the piece to live where you are putting it.

4. Install

Our crew puts it up, indoors or out. You get a finished sign on the wall, not a problem in a box.

Proof, not adjectives

Whose name is already on our presses?

You have probably driven past our work without knowing it.

The start of something bigger

What happens after the first sign goes up?

One sign is a fine place to start. It is rarely where it ends.

The clients we keep do not order print once. They run a calendar, and we run it with them, so the right piece shows up on time without anyone scrambling. Same brand, every store, every season.

  • The weekly circular.
  • The seasonal sale.
  • The new location.
  • The trade show that comes around every year.
  • The shelf tags that turn over every Friday.

Take the weekly grocery circular. We design it, plan and buy the media, and manage the whole run, then print it through trusted partners close to your mail routes so it lands on time. You get one point of contact: us. One client has counted on us to run that circular for 15 years, and we have found a way to hit every Friday deadline, one way or another.

Right now you probably have a designer in one place, a printer in another, and a sign vendor in a third. We are the one shop that does all three. One partner instead of four vendors. That is the whole pitch.

Tell us what needs to be seen, and when.

Got a deadline that scares everyone else? Good. That is our favorite kind of job. We are your local printing and signage shop in Lancaster, PA: we own the presses, and we hang the sign ourselves. Whether it is custom signs and banners for a grand opening or vehicle wraps for your whole fleet, tell us about the one piece you need this month, and we will map out the program that keeps your message visible all year, on time, every time.
