And at the heart of that force? A powerhouse team of graphic warriors, wielding X-Acto blades and Adobe files with equal precision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"771\">Recently, our \u201cGet Stuff Done\u201d platoon\u2014aka the Art Department\u2014underwent a strategic restructuring to elevate the quality, efficiency, and creative firepower of everything we do.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"1298\">Leading the charge is long-time department head and creative commander, Tony Roda, who proudly announced the promotion of two standout team members: <strong data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"937\">Kelly Baker<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"963\">Jonathan Gingrich<\/strong>, now officially Art Directors. With years of experience and countless successful projects under their belts, Kelly and Jonathan will now take on leadership roles, helping guide the day-to-day operations across a wide range of creative deliverables\u2014everything from print circulars and digital ads to websites and large format projects.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 228px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weberadvertising.com\/images\/employees\/kbaker.jpg\" alt=\"Kelly Baker\" width=\"218\" height=\"218\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Kelly Baker<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1480\">But that\u2019s not all\u2014this evolution includes new talent, too. The team welcomed <strong data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1391\">Mel Trago<\/strong> as its newest member, bringing fresh perspective and skills to an already dynamic group.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1784\">With Mel\u2019s arrival, our once \u201cDirty Dozen\u201d of design professionals has grown into a <strong data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1589\">Dirty Baker\u2019s Dozen<\/strong> (yes, that\u2019s a nod to Kelly, too).
